SHIPPING AREA

 

All products of HECEF(www.hecef.com) are delivered to your door in the United Kingdom, United States (EXCEPT Hawaii & Alaska) and the European Union Countries, and thus they should be only returned in the the same shipping country/region. 

 

DELIVERY TIME

 

Usually packaging and shipping will happen within 1-3 working days after we receive the order. Express delivery and dispatch usually takes 3-5 working days after shipment picked up. After the tracking information's updated by the courier company, we will fill in the tracking number on the order system and you can check it later in your order.

 

The delivery time frames are for reference only. There is no guarantee that the parcel will arrive within the defined time. Transit times can vary based on the shipping location, weather condition, custom inspection.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if we do not have the correct information. Any reprocessed order will be charged an additional fee, in case of incorrect shipping information provided. Also, any order cancelled after shipment would be also charged the same fee. Those fees will be deducted from the refund if the order is canceled after having being shipped.
